Salary: £42,547plus £3,500 allowance during initial training - (allowances increase following initial training)

Job description
No two days are the same for our Marine Surveyors. You will inspect, audit and survey ships and maritime ship operators to ensure UK and International Regulations are being met, delivering exceptional customer service alongside experienced colleagues.

We have a number or Marine Surveyor positions available in the Engineer, Naval Architect, Nautical and Ship Surveyor disciplines. Please see the Role Profiles attached below for further information about the responsibilities associated with each role.

You are an experienced Maritime Professional who holds the relevant qualifications (as outlined in the Role Profiles attached below). You have proven customer service skills and can make quick, effective decisions, that are always focused on achieving the best outcomes. You are resilient, flexible and able to manage a varied workload with competing priorities. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships with a variety of stakeholders across different cultures and industries. Please note, due to the nature of the role you will also be required to undergo a Counter-Terrorist Check (CTC). Gaining CTC Clearance will normally require you to have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years, and only candidates who meet this requirement will be considered for the role.
