This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced benefits manager to play a key role in leading the benefits management process throughout the RNIR “Rollout” delivery phase of the programme. The Radio Network Infrastructure Replacement (RNIR) Programme is a large scale and complex programme which is focused on replacing MCA’s 165 remote radio sites with the latest technology.
This programme will stabilise, sustain and completely transform the national blue light emergency IT operational systems that HM Coastguard relies on to save lives. You will responsible for identifying possible benefits and working with Country Councils and their communities, relevant Government Agencies, Historical and Environment bodies, in promoting the RNIR and BLTT programmes, addressing any concerns that arise, resolve any issues and keeping interested groups and individuals informed. This is a busy and diverse role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy variety in your working day, then this is the role for you!
Please note this role involves extensive travel throughout the mainland. This will be approximately 2 days every week with some overnight stays where required.
A driving licence is required for this role.
Include, but are not limited to :
• Provide Specialist “Benefits Management” Services during the RNIR Programme `Network Rollout’ phase.
• Seek out new opportunities to deliver additional Benefits of the programme
• Engage with other Government Departments and Local Authorities to deliver wider programme Benefits
• Work with the Commercial Manager to secure ongoing value for money for RNIR activity
• Work with the Relationship Manager to develop benefits communications
• Develop and manage a Benefit Monitoring and Reporting Process
• Assign appropriate ownership for each Benefit and collaboratively work to identify how each Benefit is to be measured
