You will work in partnership with a variety of suppliers and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure MCA’s share service platform and enabling systems are delivered to the required standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence a system that impacts the whole of MCA as an agency, as well as the wider DfT function.

Role Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Leading the delivery team on all system changes that may impact the efficient running of the current or future shared service system.

• Working with all stakeholders across MCA, DfT and associated suppliers.

• Managing the delivery of the Shared Services Change Programme.
